I am looking for an antivirus , I asked from many peoples and friends about an effective antivirus than one of them advised me to use panda antivirus . Due to his compliments I take panda antivirus .

After using this panda antivirus , I found that it is not an effective software for my system . he gave clearence of virus and after sometime it again gave notification of virus in the system . this is a cheap software for antivirus . they just makes fool their users . I didn't satisfied with this software.

Panda antivirus is not compitable for all windows operati g system.

It is easy to use but it won't work.

It ia downloaxed free from google but that is not original and you can uldate it from their. It is easy to inatalled and easy to start but not in all system.

It is use for reduce temporary files and save data from virus. But it is not clear all virus. It is not good as AVAST and other antivirus.

Service is good only for updation not for any query and help. Thay have to increase ita compitability to service .

I want to share my review on Panda Antivirus and many people use this in the personal computer for virus cleaning and the cost is very high and the working is very low.

Help Functionality:

This antivirus functionality is not up to the mark and it is not serving the need properly and more time it takes to function and it asks always to update.

Ease of use:

This antivirus not easy to use after installation we need to run and it asks always when we open our personal computer.

Ease of installation:

This software installation is difficult and this software is valid for a limited span of time and the installation takes more time to run and we need to stop the tasks immediately.

Features or functions:

The features of this website are not up to the mark and the key is secured to only one person and always update is required

Service and Support:

The service and the support by this antivirus are very poor and the call connects for very long time and they won't provide the information accurately.

Finally, I won't recommend this to anyone

I had taken subscription for an year panda antivirus, but it is not upto the mark.

Its very easy to install in any of the computer and laptop but not effective to clean virus properly and make the system slow.

It always keep remain some spam/trash/virus in the sysytem and then usually spread again. Need to clean system again and again that a time consuming.

Cutomer support generously deal with the cuatomer but they cannt do anything about the fault of programming.

Suggest u to improvise cleaning speed witjout harming system speed.

Panda antivirus is free to download and you can easily update this antivirus free of cost for that you need to have internet.ti is free  and update is available online not like other antivirus it is light in weight but it might slow down your system and some websites will not open which has not having authentication so you will have to do setting in your panda tool to accept all site like.

It prevents our system properly .it also affect some software which not work properly if we have installed panda antivirus.so if you are using or working travel company or work on unauthorized sites so do not install panda because it may not allow to open your site any more.

Last month I purchased this anti virus for my laptop.it is an excellent light weight antivirus program that take care your system.it is very cheap in price with one year validity.it never slow the system.it detect all threat like malware, virus from entering the system.it update your apps automatically but it doesn't scan automatic.the best thin is easy too use and install.it keep your email from entering infected massage.

It make complete protection against known and unknown virus.it is safe, faster than other anti virus.it also scan external device like pen drive, sd card.it give extra protection while on the internet and scan internet brower and instant messages, files.i recommend panda antivirus to my friends.

Actually the product I am using is not Panda Antivirus Pro, but Panda Global Protection 2014( which provides some cool additional features) . Anyway, the products are similar and from the same vendor. I bought this product bypassing some of the more famous products like Norton, AVG, Kaspersky and McAfee. Actually I have used AVG internet security trial version and a fully functional McAfee for a 3 month license. I felt that Mcafee price is a bit on the higher side. Also, the user interface was a bit complicated.AVG has nice features, but lacks a few cool features that Panda GP provides.

Now, I will go through the features:

The standard features are common for all security suites. So I will just state the extras. 1.Panda has the option to install a USB vaccine to protect all USB media that I use on my PC and it can also prevent CD and USB autorun.

1. A Panda cloud cleaner for additional virus scan, if the malware is not cleared by traditional system scan or the AV cannot quarantine it. This has a portable version as well

   
   




2. A virtual keyboard, which comes in very handy for net-banking. Helps in bypassing all keyloggers

   
   

The best thing about this security suite, is, of course, the price. It cost a mere RS.120 for a 15 month single-user license( from a reseller) .

As for the difference with Panda Antivirus Pro 2014, this one provides the following extra features:

1. Parental control for preventing children from accessing specified websites

3. Android version. This is very handy for tablet or phablet users. It includes Panda Anti-theft which can locate the android device on Google maps and wipe all data remotely.( However, I see this feature as a small consolation for a user whose tablet was stolen.)

   
   




4. Anti-spam for scanning for junk mail in browser and email client( like MS Outlook)

   
   




5. Password depot. This stores password files in a secure vault.It works in combination with the virtual keyboard

   
   

All in all, for usability, features and price, this surely is a very handy and affordable security suite.

There are however some minor drawbacks that I should also point out.

1. As this is a cloud-based security suite, a broadband connection, or at least a high-speed EDGE connection is a must.

   
   




2. There is no sandbox feature like in Comodo AV, which means a suspect application cannot be run or tested in a secure testing environment.

   
   




3. A feature called TruPrevent enables detection of unknown threats. However, activating this consumes additional system resources and may slow down the PC.

   
   

Finally, I should point out that I use Windows XP SP3 which runs this AV like a charm. But I am not sure how it will run in more recent Windows versions.

I have been using Panda for quite a few years now, but of late once I upgraded to Windows 8 and purchased Panda Antivirus Pro 2013, its been trouble all along.

I am facing issues browsing the internet with Panda installed, it either does not allow connections via a browser or my connection speed drops to less that 200 kbps when actually I have an 8 mbps internet connection, but once I un-install the anti virus my internet works and I am able to browse at regular speeds.

Have been raising ticket after tickets but to no avail, zero response from the support team.My suggestion is not to go for this AV if you are running Windows 8, they are not there yet I guess.

I am not a fan of buying stuff , specially not anti viruses

the main reason behind it has been McAffe and Symantec, with so many annoying alerts, just to remind you that you should buy a subscritiption to update, oderwise god knows what will happen to your computer

having antiviruses like mcadde and symantec, can be a pain. Once they are one your computer, they hold it. its like losing total control of ur computer. when your computer starts, u c em, when u work u c them, when u leave u see them.

McAffe and Symantec make money from their marketing. Once , one of even them had a special on their page, and once you bought it the price would be to the one without the special.

Well so I shifted to freewars

there was AVG

then there is the famous zone alarm - I hate that software, it always has a conflict with all ur softwares

well AVG has been good to me except sometimes, when there are hard hits, and it cant handle it, plus it doesnt have a firewall so u ve to download anoder 1 to, for which I went for the sygate firewall

anyways so I had been looking for a better antivirus firewall and I never got 1

when once I read an article about the Panda Titanium Antivirus + Firewall (2007 is their latest version)

I recently acquired the new 2006 titanium Panda Antivirus and Antispyware package.

The good points:

It has a wonderful interface.

Its very easy to use.

Updates are automatic and very easy to configure, also they have daily updates so thats really up to date!

It offers a fairly good level of protection detecting most known and some unknown threats.

The bad points:

It SLOWS startup

It SLOWS applications.

It SLOWS basically everything.

It takes up too much memory and CPU time.

For people with a very fast CPU and 1 GB memory its a good option otherwise I would recommend something else.

Lastly I would like to say that I had no problems whatsoever with the software in terms of machine hanging, applications not working, system not responding etc so it seems to be a safe software if you can get past the slowing of everything down.
