CORE HR deals with all setups and customizations i.e., initial setup means how many departments, jobs, positions, grades, employee details, operating units, legal entities, business unit etc., will be designed in this area.
I RECRUITMENT is a module deals with exclusively recruitment i.e., simply to say Careers column in the Portal. It has all feautures in framework.
