I purchased this software hoping that it would do what it advertised, but I was so wrong. I reformatted my iMac desktop and lost my playlist. However, the playlist was still on my iPhone. I can't sync my iPhone with my iMac music app because I would lose my playlist. I tried this program and it sucks!!!! The first thing it does wrong is rearrange your playlist order and the second thing is that it fails I purchased this software with hopes that it would do what it advertised, but I was deeply disappointed. After reformatting my iMac desktop, I lost my playlist. Although the playlist was still available on my iPhone, I couldn't sync it with my iMac music app for fear of losing it. I tried using the program, but it was terrible! Firstly, it rearranged the order of my playlist, and secondly, it failed to transfer all the songs in the playlist. For instance, if I had a playlist with 80 songs, it would only transfer 20 and then display an error stating that the remaining 60 songs could not be transferred. I reached out for support four times, and each time, I received a response from a different representative who requested the same information I had already provided. Despite providing the requested information, they never replied. It seemed as though they were hoping I wouldn't respond, and when I did, they still didn't reply. I asked for a refund or help with my issue, but I received neither from customer service. I am disappointed that my hard-earned money was wasted on MaxX MediaTrans. Shame on them for the way they treated their customers.to transfer all of your songs to the playlist. if I have a playlist with 80 songs it will transfer 20 and then say an error file could not transfer the 60 songs.!!! I sent four emails each time I got an answer from a different representative who asked for the same thing I always provided. Each time I provide what they are asking for they never reply. They ask you for something hoping that you won't reply and when you do they don't respond. I've asked for a refund or help with my issue, but no refund or help from customer service. Shame on you guys for the way you tried your customers. It's said that I lost my hard-earned money to MaxX MediaTrans.

I hate slowness. In my mind, speed is at the top of my priority when it comes to considering one product. Firstly I decide to have a try on its trial version just because I'm attracted by its fast speed(seen from its website and some guides).

Really, it doen't disappoint me. I transfer around 1K photos from my iphone 6s plus to my macbook pro with roughly 15 or 20 seconds. That's really unbelievable. How could it do that?

You know, itunes usually costs me several hours to do my things(sometimes it crashes all the time, even failed to do anything for me). So I love this super fast speed.

Of course, the computer also matters a lot.

It is a great tool for people who are fond of taking photos with iPhone. Better choice than iTunes cuz it only syncs your photos and some pics may get lost. MacX MediaTrans really does the backup work. And it is much faster than iCloud cuz not internet coneection is required. Of course, it also perferms well when transferring videos and music. But I like the photo transfer most.
