Adobe Captivate Prime is an online learning management system that promises to provide an easy-to-use platform for creating and managing e-learning programs. Unfortunately, my experience with this system has been anything but pleasant.

The user interface is clunky and unintuitive. Navigating through the menus and settings is highly confusing, and it's not at all user-friendly. The settings and options are buried under layers of menus, making it difficult to find what you're looking for.

The system is also slow and unreliable. It often takes a long time for the system to load, and it's prone to crashing. When it does crash, it can take a long time for the system to recover.

The customer service is also a major issue. The response time is slow, and the customer service agents are often unhelpful. They frequently seem to avoid addressing the issues, and they don't provide adequate solutions.

The reporting and analytics features are also lacking. The system doesn't provide much detail, and the analytics are not very useful.

Overall, Adobe Captivate Prime is an unreliable and frustrating system. It's not user-friendly, it's slow and unreliable, and the customer service is lacking.
