Adeptia Connect has customer service that is very efficient. They have a self-service IVR option for simple and basic queries which helps to save a lot of my time and effort.
Adeptia Connect saves all your work for you even if you forget to save it and the next time you open the software, it asks you if you want to recover the files that were made.
