I am a regular shopper from zovi.com. I keep looking for something or the other on this site to shop. Past one month I have shopped various products and have received them on time. Zovi has never let me down, but this time when I ordered shoes for my brother no doubt I received them on time but sadly I got a defective piece.
Firstly it was not the color that I had ordered, secondly it has scratches on some sides. Plus they looked as if they are used ones, i was taken a back. This certainly left bad impression on my brother. First time I had ordered something online for him and what he received was a defective product.
I hope Zovi looks into this and helps me exchange the product or return my money.
