I bought a smartphone in zoomshop.in . It was a cheaper variant so I went for it. During delivery the person confirmed that the package is damaged but I have to accept it and can return it. Since my payment was already made during purchase so I had no option other than accepting the damaged item. I immediately requested for return of the product.
Since then it has been 15 days. I am not able to contact customer service agent. The status is same. When I mail them they keep replying saying issue will be resolved in 24 hrs but still nothing is solved. My credit card statement is also issued to pay my dues.Do not buy anything from zoomshop.in .
Worst service. Worst buyer satisfaction. You do not know how to reach people. No one updates you. Worst worst worst website. Also heard from an insider person that many people have received broken product which they do not take back.
