Zoom car is all about customer harassment. I am serious! Guys please be aware before making any booking through #zoomcar. I made it once this month #zoomcarbookingid: JPS62BAI7. They have delayed the car delivery by approx 2 hrs & finally, I have been allocated a car which needs to pick from a pickup location. The pickup location is situated in the basement "-2" of one shopping centre, which is full of darkness. The #zoomcarexecutive will ask you to sign some papers mentioning about km, DL, condition etc and since they have already made 2 hrs of delay, obviously, you will be in hurry to sign all the formalities.
Now here the story starts to make you harass! they will ask you to inspect the car conditions and mention if any damage. Now think of the situation where you are 2 hrs late, doing the check in a basement -2 and very dim light, use your all skills to inspect the car and say all ok, video done, the photo was done in the dim light. and here you start your #selfdrivejourneywithzoomcar
Now at the time of return, they will check the car and suddenly come up with some damage under the car, near tyre which is like a scratch, or something. and will tell you it was damaged by you. Now you keep telling them its not a damage first of all and even if it is, it's not made by you! They give a damn:-) and ask you to show in pic. Now you go to the pic which has taken in darkness. Hardly you find the evidence how it was earlier. so ultimately you are guilty! and that's where they will charge a huge amount from you. #Zoomcarnewbusinessmodel
I have made the continuous followup with customer care team of #zoomcar and they really not ready to listen to anything but ask me to pay a good amount for a small scratch else it will be shown outstanding in my profile and followup will continue to happen to get that money. So what I have too. its like #blackmailingbyzoomcar
