Booking id: JPS64HDQN .We booked swift but tata tiago they delivered to us. Its ac was leaked and water was coming inside so car floor was to wet.They have charged more amount from us.We have parked our car at golconda fort parking from there someone Brock the car back lock and enter into the car and stolen stirio and food items from car. So we called police and fir loanched.we report to zoom car about it and take the car to them. So they check everything and told to us that we have to give money to they for damage. We said that its not our mistake someone stolen stirio and break back lock, we have fir copy even.They check and said ok you fix new stirio and u can return then we also asked about back lock wheater we change that also or not they said to us lock is fine , just fix new stirio, so we fix new stirio and we went to them to return car then they said u have to pay 8000 rs for back lock.We have paid extra for that. So that company is fraud don't book car from them otherwise they will charge like that from u.
