I booked a car from Secunderabad(Honda Jazz) at 7.30 am on Dec 2016. They call me casually and say that they arranged a different car at another location. This is at 6.45 am when I was about to start from home.
Poured water over my entire plans to visit places. When I ask them to atleast deliver the car to my place they simply refuse to do so. This is the kind of service that they are providing. I ask them to go ahead and refund money which they say will take 5-15 working days.
Thanks Zoom Car, you have lost a customer from your end!
