Expensive Services. Review on Zoom Cars

I hired a car from Zoom Cars for a village in an emergency for my father. They asked for a huge amount of security deposit. But we did it as we are in such an emergency situation.

They told us all the terms and conditions and the charges for the distance traveled etc . Finally after we returned the car, they charged a huge amount which is quite shocking. They charged little more price per km than they said .

We are fine with that initially, whereas they charged much more money that we handover that car a few hours late. But the most irritating thing is they charged for the thing that we made a stain on seat cover. But it was already there when we hired it. They argued a lot and finally we got loss of money in this issue,

Those people find all the ways to loot the money from you. Such a bad experience with Zoom Cars. Thumbs Down to them.
