Me and my frienda were planning to go for a trip.so we were looking for a car to reserve, then sudden my friend prakash told that zoom cars are providing service for self drive and we can take any cars on rent from zoom cars.
On the next day we visited to take a car on rent and we got mahindra scorpio for 2days.they charged 2k/day and took total 8000rs total.they said when we came back to drop the car, they will return 4000rs.they are taking more money is just security money.we took the car and went for our journey.
After a day the side mirror get broken by my friend, and the window of back seat was jammed already.
When we came back they charged us for the window and the side mirror too.and the money was 4000for damage.
We're shocked that what just happned now.we lost 4000 for just a side mirror.
Then we decided to never take any car from zoom cars. Very bad experience.
