Hi all today my review is about thezoom cars hidden charges and the inefficiency of the application. As everyone knows the good things of zoom cars. But there is some hidden charges on the cost of the extra miles. I availed the zoom car due to my car was breakdown near by the city. From that location my home is twenty two kilometers far. I awailed for fifty kilometers. I dont know how the distance increased and I got the message to topup the extra miles. The cost of extra miles I paid and closed the trip. Suddenly I received the balance to be paid message. I called the customercare but they are not able to solve the issue. I thought when a right person calls and gives clarity on the amount I will pay. But I didnt get any response but the outstanding messages I received very frequently with some legal notice. To avoid the messages I paid the amount without clarification. Second the application designed is not user friendly during emergency. Lot of queations before hiring, which is not understandable by common man. The questions made me frustrated to hire again.
Beware of hiring the zoom cars if anything goes wrong, you will not get the proper response from the customercare.
