I along with my friends booked swift from zoom car to travel from Delhi to to Jaipur.
the tour operator and guide were very helpful and told me everything in detail the path to follow time that the journey will take and all things related to journey.i was very happy for such good experience but than came real thing they asked for 5000 rupees as a deposit and lend me the car for 48 hours and told that for each extra kilometer above the range specified you will be charged between 10-15 rupees per km. this was the worst thing I tried to convince them but they didn't listened to me.it was necessary so we all paid the amount.
the car provided to us was not too good as said by them the seat covers were torn from some parts and even the dashboard was slightly damaged but we managed and went to the tour.the experience was too not good as certain time the car break down and we had to repair.after coming back when I returned the key to them what I was told that I need to give 560 rupees more as I took ride above specified limit and that too the extra charge per kilometer was more than what they told.
I argued with them but they didn't listened and even they said that you have damaged the dashboard which was already damaged before hand and that instant of time both guide and operator started speaking against me and said they made me aware about this but this was not so.
kindly be aware before taking car from zoom car and if it is necessary go through everything thoroughly so that so are not fooled up.be aware
