I have taken a scorpio on rent from Zoomcar.in last week for few days. The experience was as below,
1) Vehicle
Scorpio was brand new. Odometer showing 1300km. Interior and exteriors were spotless. There was a music system with FM/USB input(no CD/DVD option). They provided a tab with GPS navigation
2)Service
The taking of the vehicle was very quick. The attendent explained the papers in less than 5 min. Helped me with the process in taking it interstate. As requested earlier by me the fuel was topped up. They accomodated my request to keep my car at their parking space. While returning the car again the overall time it took was just couple of minutes
3) Pricing
Their pricing is really competitive as of now. They applied all the discounts at the final payment time. There was no extras, no surprises.
I really hope that they continue the current levels of service remain as it is.
