Zoomcar.in is a site where you can rent for self drive car and can drive in the city or ouyside the city.Sometimes its good but there can be some disadvantage.Its advantages are you don't need to worry if you don't have a car and don't worry about mileage. All fuel cost are included. If you refill fuel, it will pay you later. Zoomcar.in cars have all india permit.But the drawback is somtimes it provide car in bad condition. It can hurt your feeling but its ture. Car condition will not be good all the time. And you have to tolerate.
