The incident I write is true with no exaggeration. End of this you can't even imagine people can cheat you like this,
We took zoom car from keys hotels in Hosur road on Saturday 16th Feb 2019 until Sunday 17th Feb 2019 9 pm. We booked swift from bommanhalli, but the car was not available. There was a 2 hr delay. We requested for cancellation, then zoom car convinced us by telling there is another car nearby a better one Verna just 2 km from there. They also waived the cab fee to the pickup and on the drop day the cab fee back home, along with 300 credit points. We then agreed on this offer.
Everything was fine and we gave the car back on Sunday 17th Feb 2019 at 8 pm. There were 2 of zoom guys in the keys hotels, who was checking things when we left the car. After all the finishing formalities we left the place. at around 10 pm we got a message stating refund of 2500 is initiated as this was a refundable deposit.
To our shock, we got a call at 11 pm stating the original RC card is missing. Trust me, we haven't even opened the pouch of documents.
Next morning we got a message stating we are charged 10, 000rs as the RC is lost.
We called up customer support and they said it's not the RC card but the keys are lost.
To our surprise, we got to know each of their people are stating a unique reason was charging 10K.
We would have genuinely accepted this if they had said this when we were at their place to drop the card.
After we left the place when we are helpless to do anything and they charged baselessly.
There was CCTV in the keys hotel, we told you even go for forensic report to check that we haven't touched the documents.
They are nobody who bothered. If we call customer support they just say its valid charges.
I have all the conversation recorded and much more proofs still of no use.
Finally realized this is the way they cheat customers as we are helpless and can't go beyond a point.
Kindly don't trust these guys never ever in life.
