Ordered a Choco chip thick shake today from zomato, from Keventers(DLF Promenade mall) at 09:25 pm which showed delivery time 10:08 pm, and THIS IS THE MISTAKE for which I am suffering. #Order_no. was 1272435501
#disappointment 1: At 10:12 PM got a call from rider Mr. Sonu Kumar saying "Tyre puncture ho gaya hai late aunga" and asked where is he at present and how much will he take. After 15 min. again received a call saying "tyre puncture hai kaha ana hai while saying him about an easy way to reach the delivery place he started cross-question and argued.
#disappointment 2: After all these, he comes handed over a bottle wrapped with a waste tissue when saw it was a half bottle shake that was handed over seal opened and drink smeared in the outer glass. As I turned back to call him he disappeared, called him but he did not receive the call, somehow escalated this with zomato chat support they said they cant help nor can give me customer support no. thereafter the chat executive said I will get a call from rider which I received after 10 min. and as expected rider denied everything and as per him I am he is correct me is lying. Informed zomato chat support requested for arranging a call back for which the executive said I will get a call in next 2 min. but as was expected.NO CALLS RECEIVED NOE ANY SUPPORT/SOLUTION RECEIVED SO FAR.

Have all relevant chat record, snapshots, recordings of conversation for reference
Bad example setter in a service industry
To Conclude: I am sure enough that all these will go in vein as service doesn't matter to you guys made clear by the actions so far
