Status: Cancelled from Zomato side
Reason: They called me and I was irresponsive.
Actual reason: The delivery boy said me he was new and couldn't find the address.
My efforts: I made 5 calls to help him find the address and in the last he told me that Zomato has canceled the address
Now what: I got an email that I will not be refunded
This is the journey of whole order cycle with zomato, and was very 5th order. Out of 5 order, I have to mess 3 times with this unethical provider, which itself proves that slowly they are going to shut down.
