Today I ordered Methi dhokla through Zomato from Trupti .. I paid 347 rs for that order as I ordered 2 numbers . I was told.that methi paneer not.available.and given choice to take.paneer dhokla so rethen I ordered 1 and amount was 277 including all. But then they did not return that extra payment. When I asked I was.told.that it will.not be returned . Out of frustration I asked to cancel.my order and refund.my amount ..I was told.that delivery charge will.be get cut
.I accepted for that . That comes to around 245 Rs. But again I was given only 177 rs. They kept the extra money paid by customer . Ridiculous app . Cheaters
