I have been part of zomato and also an consumer of it. Currently a pro plus member, inside out the company is downgrading its services, and focus has shifted from consumers to making money. They are cutting costs at every area they can, and after its IPO it has become more of a bad company to work for. I have already left this, and just want to share that its a sinking ship. Its not taking care of employees nor consumers. Salaries are stagnant, and only few leaders are taking all the money company makes, no transperancy, no open environment. People who worked here 5 years before cannot belive what it has become. I believe it needs a strong leadership change and needs to focus more on consumers and employees. Otherwise loyal employees and customers both will leave zomato like many have already done. Sharing one screenshot as how zomato just not take any responsibility and has completely ignores customer query.
