I had overall 7 to 8 months experience with this electric cooker, my mom brought it from local shop and I was not aware of or else I never wouldn’t have brought this brand cooker.
First forfive months was okay performance then suddenly started overheating problem. Also the electricity consuming become high.
Also this cooker is not user-friendly and company has provided it with safety to consumer.
At my home this cooker is basically used to cook rice, Dal and other things.
Many times we observe it will take more longer time than than as usual. Water will be dry and rice will become little hard.
I tried contact with consumer support and guide me for perfect use and also they told me few instruction even though I followed up all the instruction still it was little better but not actual output we never got.
Here my aunt house they are using LG electric cooker even they followed same instruction but they are getting very good output cooked very well rice, Palau on this LG brand.
I will suggest people to spend little more money and buy good products don’t waste the money in this localBrand. So I will never recommend this brand to anyone.
