Today I would like to share my experience with you about a well-known shopping site ZIVAME.
I placed an order on 9th May 2017.
Order no: 601289404.
I was eagerly waiting for the products that I have ordered and I received them on time but to my disappointment none of the items fitted me properly and I had to return all of them.
The quality of the products was also not nice as compared to the price.
I am unhappy because before ordering the desired products I used their Fit Zone option to check the accurate size. I followed the steps as mentioned.
I wasted a lot of time in checking the correct size and selecting the right product and ultimately got nothing.
I would request ZIVAME to improvise their FIT ZONE option so that the customers can get accurate information.
I would like to appreciate ZIVAME for their customer support team. I spoke to three different representatives and all of them were very helpful and polite.
