Hello everyone today I'm sharing my personal experience about ZipGo app.
Concept- concept of this app is average. You can hire a taxi from this app. I've also use this app 4 days ago. But I've bad experience with this app. I was book a taxi from this app 4 days ago. This app says that your taxi will come in 10 minutes. But taxi had come after 20 minutes. Then behaviour of the taxi driver is so rude. He refuse to drop me at my place. This is so disgusting app.
Layout & design- layout of this app is also not good. User interface of this app is so confusing. Design of this app is not attractive. Design of this app is old.
Features- the features of this app are bad. Service of this app is bad. They charge high rate from their customers. And they don't provide quality service to their customers.
Usefulness- this app is not useful. It doesn't provide good services to their customers. So please don't download this app.
