I feel this review is:
We had purchased an Adel 4910 fingerprint door-lock from Zicom for our home. The lock stopped working. We have lodged three requests for repairs over the last month on their website and received automated replies assuring someone would contact us but nobody bothered to contact us till now. We have also contacted their staff on Whatsapp but nobody has bothered to attend to the defect.
