I am a trader so is my brother and he has been using zerodha since one year and he complains that their site is a bit complicated to navigate around and occasionally the service failed to load in crucial times when he was in a trade and thus he had to face a loss and even the charts fail to load during traffic hours which is a concern.
As reported by my brother the service and support of Zerodha is ok but most of the time the service center is unable to reach due to traffic or other issues which are unknown to us.
The information depth of the trades are ok but the information depth about the companies are not up to date or not complete.
As per my opinion, I sometimes feel that the quotes given by zerodha are a bit late and I feel that they charge a little more than other discount brokers.
The design and usability of the website are fine as well as the app but sometimes the charts fail to load or take a long time to load which results in trade delays which did not satisfy me.
The website load time of zerodha as per my opinion is a bit long and I do not feel that a trading website should take even a little long time than usual to open up as it concerns financial issues.
