Hey guys, today I am gonna share my views on this financial site which I am using from past 6 months and at starting you feel like heaven as far as registration is concerned as the registration and verification is very fast and easy but after that when you start using this site regularly then you will find that this company is very confused and making all the customers fool as the charges are very high as compare to all other brokers out there and its slightly much more expensive site than some other low profile sites which are giving results .
Customer Service: the customer service is also very ordinary and when we talk about returning any fund which we don't want to use then they always told that this is not our company police and all which is sometimes very annoying and the gentleness is sometime lost from the executives which is quiet disappointing for me .
Promptness: they are not at all responsible as the services are not very convincing and the rates are very high and the schemes are also not promising .
so at last I will say that go for any other broker site as the rates are very high .
this is my review on Zerodha, hope you will like it .
