No transparency. Review on Zerodha

Hi friends. I would like to share the worst experience I had with zerodha. Everyone knows zerodha as the least brokerage platform peovider. But some of the negative things I would like to convey here. There is a nominal charge of amount on every withdrawal and deposit to our zerodha account. There should be a reliable customer care which will provide the correct information about the system.the deposited amount was not reflected for one day. That day I was unable to trade. Moreover The kite is getting down on every most volatile day. I invested my amount and waiting to release the amount. but I was unable to do. Due to software issue. When I tried to contact customer care, I was not connected. The real and reliable brokerage platform provider should take care of their customer. But zerodha failed to peovide uninterrupted service and good customercare.
