I have noticed how Zepto slyly adds extra charges after one activates the order and the payment. They are very sly. They add the extra charges, either under the guise of delivery or surge charges or handling charges AFTER you end up on the payment page and click on the mode of payment, thereby confirming your order. Then later the extra, unwarranted charges are suddenly added to the final bill. At that time, you cannot cancel the order, as, they claim the order is already being packed.
Plus there is no option in the site to talk to a customer care department.
And this is happening despite the fact that I have bought the pass for free delivery. Totally cheating the public. I am deleting the app forever. Big basket and blinkit and Amazon are more open and clear in this area.
