Not satisfied with after sales of zebronics. Review on Zebronics

I had purchased zebronics JUDWAA keyboard and mouse combo. After a few months my keyboard's few keys were not working after which I took it to service where the service center people refused to except it without mouse and after that they refused to believe that I was a combo set. After showing them the products photo on amazon app they believed and took the product in. They told me there is no policy to replace but they will repair the same keyboard.

After the repair was done I took the keyboard back and a few day after repair the keyboard started troubling again, I again took it back they submitted it and told me to pick it after days. Even after getting the keyboard repaired again the issue came back after some time. I was really frustrated with the experience. As compared to zebronics if there is any issue with mouse or keyboard iball straight away gives you a new product.
