I have been using Zebpay for almost a year for now.
Zebpay has been one of the oldest platforms for cryptocurrency in India, it was first present then was taken off for some reasons, and is now back into working in India.
Zebpay offers trading in various cryptocurrencies worldwide and also we can transfer or accept cryptocurrencies to or from any corner of the world respectively.
Let's talk starting in Zebpay,
Step 1: Registering your mobile number and mail is mandatory
Step 2: KYC should be completed for depositing into Zebpay, it asks for ID proof, address proof, and a declaration document which should be accepted by us.
Step 3: Now you can deposit through various modes provided by Zebpay such as NEFT, IMPS or UPI, etc., ( for now only NEFT and IMPS are working UPI will return on some days as been informed to us).
Step 4: Start trading in your desired cryptocurrency by buying it and it would be in an instant.
Step 5: You can sell the cryptocurrency and have your profit along with it
NOTE: There will some charges cut while deposit, buying, and selling cryptocurrency and while withdrawal to your account ( Percentage of charge will be mentioned in the app and is different for different cryptocurrencies).
Step 6: For withdrawal, you must add your bank details to which you would like to withdraw and this is a mandatory step, or else you can't withdraw. A charge of 10INR will be drawn for withdrawal
The money will be reflected in your account within 3-4 working business days ( Mostly it is done within hours of request placed).
Let's talk about the pros and cons of the app,
PROS-
-This app lets you for an instant deposit while doing a bank transfer i.e., NEFT or IMPS.
-This app instantly makes our deposits and withdrawal while trading, there won't be any delay.
-It has an alert option, when we want to know if the cryptocurrency has reached our desired value we will be alerted by the notification. All we have to do is add an alert in the desired cryptocurrency so that you won't have to check it often.
-One of the most important feature I liked is, they let you decide your price sell or buy and you can set it and pre-buy or sell it, and even though if you are inactive and if cryptocurrency reaches that price it will automatically buy or sell it for us. All we need to do is to decide our price and pre-buy or sell it.
-It provides us a statement for each buy and sells we have done for cryptocurrencies.
-It provides a good security option for sending cryptocurrency to anyone, it provides two-step verification for any transfer.
-They provide bonuses for most cryptocurrency trading which makes it quite attractive to use all the time.

CONS-
-Its depositing options change frequently so all the time when you want to deposit you have to check the details all the time.
-While depositing with NEFT or IMPS i.e., bank transfer you have to transfer from the account which you have give to Zebpay or mentioned for withdrawal.
-Though UI being easy to understand and use, it always lags which has been an issue for a while but while further updates they are trying to resolve it.
-The worst thing in this app is the customer support which doesn't reply on time or is very poor in handling situations or responding to our requests. Sometimes they reply in 5-6 days or sometimes even in 15-30 days or sometimes they won't reply at all. Though if once replied if you want to ask the doubt regarding the same it would take more time for them to give another reply.
In my opinion, if you are interested in trading in cryptocurrencies and want to be part of future holding values, you would like to give it a try.
