Recently I booked stay at Hotel Z Suites Bliss Mumbai through Makemy Trip. The actual name of the hotel is Jaswanti Bliss and Z Bliss will not appear in Google search.
Beware of this place before choosing. Very poor security, unprofessional and unethical behavior of staff, poor location and lacks privacy. The descriptions in the website are very very misleading and I strongly doubt even the reviews are created fake.
Even the name of the hotel is wrongly put in MakeMyTrip. The actual name is Jaswanti Bliss and not Z Bliss
Very disappointing experience in all aspects.
1. I lost my laptop at the time of check-in. The bag was kept on the sofa in the lounge while I was completing the check-in formalities. Despite follow-up from 4 pm till 11 pm, the hotel staff refused to give a proper reply and kept us waiting to show CCTV footage.
At 11 pm, when we informed the police they made some lame excuses to show CCTV footage and promised to give next day morning 10 am.
Next day morning also they kept us waiting and waiting over 2 hours and revealed that the CCTV footage was not recorded. Very unprofessional behavior of staff, making the customers, especially female travellers in a new place feel helpless.
2. The 2 BHKs come with one attached room and one not attached. It is not mentioned on the site that they will allocate 2 BHK to 2 different customers. It comes as a surprise when you check-in only to see a male guest in the next room inside your unit. They will not inform this or check if you're comfortable with it at the time of check-in.
3. The location, as they have put it, looks close to BKC. But the hotel is located in a horrible area at Kurla, where you get choked by heavy traffic congestion and is a gulli with even no eat-out places around. It is not a good place for decent travelers.
4. The hotel doesn't even provide tea, coffee or food. You will have to completely depend on Swiggy / Zomato.
6. They are charging a premium 6K per night, which is not worth at all.
5. Even after all these inconveniences and mishaps happened, the hotel staff never apologized or took any action to ensure the comfort and satisfaction of the staff. Totally irresponsible.
6. The whole place is infested with mosquitoes.
The property is not listed in Google, so users are not even able to write a review in Google.
