Since we have liked other Yummiez products, we decided to give the frozen kheema a try. A pack of 300gm costs about Rs.68/- reasonable pricing for a good brand.
It is very finely minced and mostly frozen stiff in a round tube like packaging. Pack is easy to open but due to refrigeration, it comes out as a whole block of that has to left for sometime to reach room temperature.
Better option is to thaw or slightly heat it before use. The taste, as for other raw packaged chicken, depends upon how fresh the pack is. But Yummiez does sell clean, soft - ready to make chicken.
