Previously there was only the YouTube website for publishers to upload videos through their channels and post something on the YT community. YouTube came an application for YouTube channel holders to manage the channels post uploading the videos. I have a YouTube channel so I downloaded this app thinking ut would be of much help to me to manage the channels.
One can change video titles, tags, descriptions, thumbnails on this app. But after using it for my channel I'v got that it lacks too many useful features and customization. The YouTube website best works on PC only and managing videos or contents on the mobile is somewhat difficult or it lags. But YT Studio is not the best alternative for using YouTube without a PC or laptop. YT Studio just contains some ordinary features. One can't play or test the uploaded videos on this app. Even can't manage important features like video cards and end screen and annotations because it simply lacks these two great features. Since YT Studio is an on the go app for YouTube, so I think it should have been added with all the required important functions. Also I difficult to open or check my older videos on it. If a publisher has hundreds of vidoes uploaded on its channel, then difficulty is faced when one tries to check the older videos because the app has no search feature available to find the video to search by title. So I think this app needs improvement.
