VERY WORST SERVICE THAT YOU SHOULD NEVER GO FOR THEIR SERVICE. It's a great mistake that I took the connection. The service would be very slow many a times and it would get disconnected often. NEVER EVER GO FOR THEIR SERVICE
They provide the worst service in the world. They would like to make money from people and not interested in giving even a basic service. All their technical support people are worse having no knowledge and others sitting in local offices will try to threaten you. They beleive that they are the knowledge masters in the world and never know how to behave to a customer. They can never understand your problem but will always try to prove that the customer is wrong. Useless service.
Never go for IKARA / YOU TELECOM service. If you go for their service, it's the height of risk you are taking. You will never know when you will get threatened by their local executives. Be very careful. They dare to do anything.
