Certainly its a good motivational book and one must read it who lacks in self confidence and self esteem. Stories stated in the book are good but all are not practically applicable. Its easy to say but harder to implement.
Definitely the book will boost your confidence and drives you to work harder but all what is said in the book is not possible practically
