I am a frustrated customer of You BB . I have taken a connection and made advance payment for 3 months.
My acc no : 892331login id : nitin822
I have had no internet connection for last 2 weeks and I hold YOU BB responsible for that! YOU Broadband should be addressed FRAUD broadband...Well I have recieved a message mentioning change in customer care number...well that number either is not reachable or switched off...
Strangely old no os working fine...I have registered a complaint for internet not working on Friday and till now no one has called from Technical team!
Pathetic is the Cust service and horrible experience! I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND DON'T WANT TO CONTINUE WITH YOU ANY MORE!
I have made advance payment for 3 months of Rs 2100/-, but internet was working hardly for 1 month or so... rest of the time its under maintenance! Well y should customers pay for YOU BB maintenance? YOU BB did not compensate for the lost days by extending my validity...but to my surprise wants me to
extend the crap service!
I have had no internet connection for past 2 weeks and trying to reach out to cust care but it seems to be non existent......I need proper explanation and compensation for such cr*p service from You broadband...
YOU BB has not returned my security deposit nor ready to cancel the connection even after 2 months of inactive service!
