2-3 DAYS IN A WEEK YOU SERVICE IS DOWN.ITS IRRITATING.MY JIO PHONE HAS GREAT INTERNET AT JUST 349 FOR 3 MONTHS.
Yesterday I called up 4 Nos+91 9049115901, +91 8830204475, +91 8007007357. Onr person on this no+91 8087874664 assured at 12pm to send someone in 30 Mins i, As when I called him again at 5pm he replied in Sleepy Voice that he Forgot >HAHA and then he said he is not the field guy he said I will connect you with technician .after waiting for 5mins he replied .he said he will send someone in 30mins .Still Waiting
Again.HOW MANY TIMES I HAVE COMPLAINED IN BOTH YOUR MOBILE APP AND CUSTOMER CARE? IF YOU CAN GET HISTORY OF THAT KINDLY CHECK.
Actually Just force to take up the connection, There is no After sales service.Marketing you guys do very well .But no use if you don't have good service.

EVERY DAY I HAVE COMPLAINED BUT NO TECHNICIAN HAVE TURNED UP AND AT THE DAY END I USE TO GET MESSAGE ON MY PHONE THAT YOUR PROBLEM HAVE BEEN SOLVED .LIKE WITHOUT VISITING HOW CAN THE PROBLEM BE SOLVED.?
