It is a nice gym but if you do more exercise at there we need hug diet to maintain our body fit.but it is good for body that make fit and fresh. So that muscale power should strong and hard that we can loss more weight ar there.
So I think that we should do exercise daily at gym centre that make you fit and health your body.we should give idea to younger so that thet body should be strong and health.
I can happy to say that if we do daily exercise for 5 year that your body should ve healthy and no problem you can face if you join this gym centre.
