I took an appointment for facial and they continously started calling for confirmation I got 3 calls in a span of 12 hours .. when I said not to call so many times. They got offended. I reached the salon at 11.00 my appointment was at 10.45. They simply said they can't give the service and the appointment is been cancelled.
