Customer Care Support: Pathetic
They never replied to my emails. On calling the customer care, I had to wait 17-20 minutes thrice to seek information OR file complaint. Two out of three times I was told that the server was down, so I had to call them back. So after waiting for 17-20 minutes on call, my problem was not solved. Instead I was asked to call back later.
Return / Exchange Policy: Tiresome. We need to pack the product and then courier it back on our own. Also the courier charges are not refunded as money. They are returned as discount on your next purchase.
Website experience: On most of the other shopping websites, we have a profile page, in which all the transactions related to particular order are updated. Yepme does not provide the details of all the transactions.
Pricing: The only thing good about Yepme is the pricing of the products. But don't get lured only by the price. The quality of products is as good as the price. That means you are not getting anything cheap.
