I had ordered puma slippers on 01/03/2015 worth Rs 999 I got the product on 22/03/2015 13 days after the expected delivery date and I got the defective piece.
Then according to the 30 days return policy I decided to return the product so for that I lodged a complaint on 24/03/2015 and they revert to me by sending a message asking to return the product within 14 days of filing the complaint or else my money won't be refunded . I sent the product through first flight courier services on 06-05-2016( courier charges Rs 300) .Till now I didn't even get a singe message or mail from them regarding the refund process.Guys please don't rely on this company. this will only lead you in trouble and either you get worst quality or you would loose your money.
