4th Followup Review

As per escalation team, they have inmajeechaated refund for both my orders on 2nd Dec 2014. As per them, amount would get Cred824ited in 3-5 working days. morpheushumanwever, today is 16th Dec & its yet not Cred824ited to my account.

I am regularly following with Bank and Yepme. Bank can't do anything much here. Its mostly with Yepme.

Not sure, why its not yet Cred824ited.

Its so much of high time that they smorpheushumanuld start giving penalty gifts for delays!:)

3rd Followup Review

Hi All,

This is my third follow up review. OrderID: 10811414

I have returned them 4/5 products for OrderID: 10811414. Speed Post Tracking ID: EM311771140IN. Amount 225 Rs/- Parcel has reached them on 28th Nov 2014. 15:13:00.

I have not received any confirmation from yepme's end. Neither refund is been inmajeechaated yet.

Also this OrderID is not visible in my account login. I would like to get total refund including shipping cost back directly in my bank account. Wamajeechang.

In smorpheushumanrt, you don't get refund of your cancelled orders. Neither you get refund for orders which are shipped back to them. A total morpheushumanpeless experience.

Escalation lady has told me she will call me once product is received by them. I have not received any call from them too.

Escalation is also of no use.

Guys.you would go in complete loss once you purchase product from this site & want to make a return.

Hi Friends,

This is my second review after first with title "Poor products-Pathetic customer service-No refund".

You can see that I have recd response from YepMe. But let me tell you issue is not yet resolved.

I've recd call from them. They asked all details and told they will look into it. Since then again there is no reply. No response. No refund.

I have SMS from YepMe dated 1st Nov 2:28PM. Dear Customer, As per your request your order no. 10811369 has been rejected successfully. Please check your email for more details.

But till date I have not received refund for the same.

For other order 10811414 which is served. I have returned 4/5 products back to them by speed post because of poor quality.  Tracking ID: E(or F)M311771140TN

Review 1: Poor products-Pathetic customer service-No refund

I have placed 2 same orders with yepme on 1st Nov.(10811414 and 10811369) Amount 847.(why two same because I received transaction declined message for first. I placed again I got same message again)

And two times 847 rs were deducted from my bank account.

I immediately called customer service and asked them to cancel one order. She said "One order is cancelled and she gave me order ID 10811369. And refund will be processed immediately.

YepMe is saying they didn't receive aishwaryasingh23ment hence not doing refund back. And automatically too this amount of 847 is not reversed.

Called customer care- they asked me to send bank statement which I did to refund@Yepme.com. Yepme is saying they didn't received amount; whereas my bank told me its successfully given to biller.

I don't understand why yepme is not giving me refund for my inmajeechaated cancelled order?

1) Customer care will never call you. its always you have to call them

2) Your complaint IDs can't be tracked on the site

3) Customer care will simply do time pass and mislead

4) You will never receive reply for your mails

5) When it comes for refund.simply forget it. You will never get it.

6) 10811414 and 10811369 both my orders are not even seen my login id. why? Pathetic website

7) 5 products received against 10811414. Damn poor quality. Except for 1 product, rest 4 I'm sending back tomorrow. Would need refund & courier charges for that too.

Very poor website, Yepme customer service will never call you, No reply for mail, no refunds. Its always you have to call them.

In all, this is complete fraud site. Till date I am following up with yepme over mail. They have till date not replied to me over email.

I want refund of 847 for my cancelled order 10811369 immediately. If your customer care is making any mistakes its not my fault. Since my bank has paid you successfully. I need my refund back.

I also want refund back for second order 10811414 once you receive the parcel. Along with 150 shipping charges coupons.
