Really impressed with the promptness in delivery & resolution of issues. Well done & keept it up.
The Yebhi folks are co-operative & consistent in following up till the problem is resolved. I have ordered many products & got good quality & branded ones. But once I had received a glares, which looked cracked maybe during transportation. but after logging a report immediately I was given a choice of money-refund and gift voucher.
I opted for gift voucher, coz I want to shop again at yebhi. Mistakes keep happening, but how quick the mistakes are resolved is important.
