I had booked Tirupati Package trip through santosh travels on your website on 16th Mar. The reference number was 160397552199 and Bus PNR number was 442XUK3Q.


The trip was dated on 16th Mar 10:40PM and drop was on 17th Mar at 7PM. Pickup was done as per schedule and we reached the destination by 4:15AM on 17th morning and we were asked to stand in queue for 4 hrs to get the darshan ticket. Inspite of package covering the ticket I was asked to pay Rs.600/- for 2 ticket. I agreed and bought the ticket.


The bus which picked me went for another trip to Kalahasti and I was made to carry my luggage and made to stand in queue for four and half hours with my 3 year old kid. Then I was asked to change the bus and new bus was from Greenline Travels. They took me to hotel and the guide is asking us to take bath and get ready in 15 mins. How can 3 of us which includes a kid get ready in 15 mins? The guide was so arrogant and he banged my room 4 times in span of 20 mins and shouting on me that he is getting delayed.


I managed to get ready and they took me to darshan and we were back to hotel at 4PM, then the guide says me that bus is not available till 10PM. I told that I had to return back and they asked me to travel in Greenline bus with 2 different seats and they are asking my wife and kid to sit with a male passenger and offered me a seat in the last row. I denied stating that I have a kid and need a seat together to manage. The guide and bus driver was so arrogant that they left me in the middle road and took of the bus. There was another bus moving to bangalore and he denied to give me a seat in that bus also.


Then, I called Santosh travels guy number which was available in my confirmation message sent by Yatra. He asked me to wait till 10PM for the bus. I told them that I have a kid and family and where to stay till 10PM. He said I will give you Rs.500/- and asked me to arrange my own transport to bangalore.


I told him that I do not need money and asked him to arrange a bus or get a ticket to me. He denied and disconnected my call stating that I can do whatever I want when I told him that I will complaint to Yatra. With no one to support, Myself, my wife and kid were standing in road for 30 mins. Then we had to walk with the luggage for half a kilometer with kid in hand, took an autorickshaw to bus stand. I had to again pay bus fare of Rs.980/- and reached bangalore by myself.


Now all I am asking you is what if something had happened to me or my family when we were strandard in the road. Just because I was aware of local language and routes, I was able to manage. What if it was a unknown person. Who will take responsibility of these situations. I booked the ticket only because of Yatra and not santosh travels.


Now please let me know what solution you would provide for the same and what measures you will take to ensure that this does not happen to others. I need strict action to be taken against the service provider for the horrible service. I had to pay the package charges and also coughed up Rs.1580/- from my pocket due to their inefficiency.
