I've Booked a round trip and due to covid 19 they have cancelled flights, as im handicap so am unable to travel further due to safety and illness issue. so ive claimed refund, all they took refund from my airline company and had not refunded to me either not confirmed. then after they give e cash that is useless because no other services on yatra has e cash payment mode. all this they are doing and after so many emails/complains no response at all. ridiculous service and worst service provider.
