This is first booking of hotel in Yatra.com. and Very Bad experience for hotel booking on yatra.com. My Booking Id is - 250 577 932 8371 for 4th June 2017.


I was on tour of Digha in Kolkata with family and I have booked a room via using https://Yatra.com. I have to reached in hotel on booking date But I was very shocked. when hotel owner are not agree for this booking. He is saying that We don't get have any confirmation from Yatra.com for this booking. I can not believe that types of misbehavior from yatra.com. I am sharing yatra.com booking receipt with hotel owner but he is not agree at any cost.


I am facing a lots of problem due to this. Because I was on tour with my family. I have received refund after 10 days But The issues, why yatra.com has not confirm the hotel owner. Money is not matter but due to this my one day tour has been waste and I have booked another room of another hotel in higher price. Who is responsible for my lose and my problem?
