One of the worst & unethical immigration consultancies.
I have wasted 4 years and nearly 2.75 L INR( just Y-Axis fee).
I admit that I am such a big fool who fell into their trap twice. Just writting this because if one person is escapping from their trap it is a life saving.
I applied to Australia PR through Y-Axis in 2019 and wasted till 2020 in their false promises. Once you make the payment you come to know their real face. The person you are interacting with in the beginning, will not even come into the picture in the next stages. Your application just passes from one team to another and they don't even care about the application, no follow-up to inform us about the current market. Then, it is our responsibility to follow up, research, ask questions, suggest the best options, etc.
When my PTE exam result expired, they called and informed us that the Australian immigration process was on hold, which they hadn't even communicated before.
Later Y-Axis reached out regarding the Canada PNP process. I had a really good score as my sister owns Canada PR and staying there for the last 10 years. I was getting follow-up calls every day until I paid the Y-Axis fee. I just wasted 3 months after IELTS just for Y-Axis internal process.
They applied only for express entry for the sake of applying. That is the only work they have done for the 1.25 lakh. Since then no status updates. No follow-ups from them. No calls to us. Meanwhile, we got a message saying we had been assigned another counselor in just one month. The call always goes to automated service desk machines. Someone lifts the call and they tell us the counselor calls us back. The person just calls us back sometimes and informs us there is no update.
The worst part comes later. I got a nomination from the province after 1 year as I had a good score. It is such a worst irresponsible agency that even after getting the nomination they couldn't even submit the correct documents.
The Y-Axis counselor (who doesn't even know how to communicate) asked me to submit a roles and responsibility document which we prepared and shared along with all other documents. After 3 months, I received a response through the portal, from the Canada PNP case officer that my roles and responsibility document submitted did not match the category code we selected.
Later Y-Axis sent justification on top. I would say, that may be the only time the counselor and respective team reviewed my written responsibility document prepared. There was a lot of correction. But sending justification will not help as it only moved my application to a reevaluation queue. The Canada office itself mentioned it will take more than 1 year and by that time my IELTS will expire.
If Y-Axis had cross-checked my initial roles and responsibility document this would not have happened as the justification document they prepared was very clear. They are not even paying attention to our application properly as it is just one among many.
They have told me that they are providing job service. But later realized job service means sending a portal link to us, nothing more than that. Which we can do from many other international job portals. We called the job services person, She said if we wanted to continue the service, we needed to pay extra. If they need to assist with Resume preparation need to pay extra... this list goes on...
They have a no refund policy because they are fraudsters, they have grown and maintained branches by cheating. Please do not believe them and don't fall into their trap. Don't sign up for any service, please..... Even if you have a great score they will ruin it
