Really difficult to find a rented 2BHK

I moved to Pune 2 years back in December. It was really difficult to find a rented 2BHK for my family as the local real estate scene wasn’t that easy for rent seeker. Last year I happened to see Xrbia’s advertisement for their Hinjewadi rooms. I talked to Satish, who was very respectful and did not push me to buy the house at that time. He gave me a tour and gave me time to think about the whole project.

The unadulterated positive points Satish told me about the project helped me make the final choice to book a 2BHK at Hinjewadi. I am very much satisfied with what we have been provided. The kitchen could be somewhat better, but the design makes up for it. I got a lot of help from Xrbia people to get a 2BHK at Hinjewadi project. I like the fact that they did not hide anything from me, unlike the builders in Gurgaon, NCR. Fighting court cases is the norm for consumers like me because these builders cheat money from you. They do not give you possession.

Thank god RERA has been applied. I am thankful to the government that they have thought about the common man.
