I'm Nandita from Bangalore. Working with media house. I moved to Mumbai 1 years back in December. For me it was really difficult to find a rented 1 or 2BHK for me as the local real estate scene wasn’t that easy for rent seeker. Before dealing with them I saw Xrbia’s advertisement for their Hinjewadi rooms. I talked to broker, who was very respectful & listen my requirment with calmly. He explained meabout the whole project and area structure like garden, swimming pool or we can say whole amenity.

After listening positive points from broker about the project helped me make the final choice to book a 1BHK at Hinjewadi. I would like to rated 5 star because they actually deserve. I am very much satisfied. Most of the time people leave reviews for bad services they received but they forget about what they received good quality from them. Also like to thank mouth shut owner for free platform.
